Free credits
Free trial credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
General rule
All PAYG top-ups, subscription charges, promotional purchases, and renewals are final and non-refundable as the general rule, except where required by law or expressly approved by xfetch.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled from the billing dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal and the current period remains available until period end, unless the account is suspended or otherwise restricted under the Terms of Service. Subscription credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
PAYG credits
PAYG credits do not expire automatically and remain available while the account complies with the Terms of Service.
Discretionary exceptions
xfetch may review narrow exceptions, including duplicate charges, clear billing errors, accidental purchases reported within seven calendar days when no related credits have been used, established customer goodwill, or verified xfetch-controlled outages exceeding 48 continuous hours.
Excluded cases
Purchases made for testing, dissatisfaction with results, consumed credits, missed cancellations, incompatible use cases, and Terms violations do not qualify by default.
Refund accounting
Approved Stripe refunds for PAYG purchases may reverse unconsumed credits tied to the refunded purchase. Subscription refund reviews are handled separately. Credits already consumed are not automatically reversed into a negative balance.
