Free credits
Free trial credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
General rule
All PAYG top-ups, subscription charges, promotional purchases, and renewals are final and non-refundable as the general rule.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
PAYG credits
PAYG credits do not expire automatically and remain available while the account complies with the Terms of Service.
Discretionary exceptions
xfetch may review accidental purchases within seven calendar days when no related credits have been used, duplicate charges, clear billing errors, established customer goodwill, or verified xfetch-controlled outages exceeding 48 continuous hours.
Excluded cases
Purchases made for testing, dissatisfaction with results, consumed credits, missed cancellations, incompatible use cases, and Terms violations do not qualify by default.
Refund accounting
Approved Stripe refunds for PAYG purchases may reverse unconsumed credits tied to the refunded purchase. Subscription refund reviews are handled separately. Credits already consumed are not automatically reversed into a negative balance.
